Our team has been very busy over the last eight weeks working with the All-Ireland Business Foundation (AIBF) to achieve our second Business All-Star Accreditation.
Business All-Star accredited companies are defined as progressive, indigenous Irish businesses which meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust, and customer centricity. In achieving this accreditation, we join a unique group of businesses. We believe the achievement demonstrates our commitment to improving our service to our clients.
Dr Briga Hynes, chair of the AIBF adjudication panel, explains the assessment process: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”
Because we went through the rigorous process last year, we knew the high standards we needed to reach to be accredited again. We’re very proud to have been recognised by the All-Ireland Business Foundation a second time and we’d like to acknowledge our dedicated team, without whom none of this would have been possible.
