It has been a year of great news for all at Clear Financial, with some outstanding achievements, both in our industry as a company and within the team as a whole. We have celebrated many exam successes this year, from Leighann completing her compliance exams, Adelita achieving her QFA and again this week we’ve received some exciting news that Fiona Somers, not only completed her BA in Insurance Practice this year, receiving a First Class Honours, but was awarded ‘Best Capstone Project (Life) and the award for ‘Best Policy & Practice Poster (Life)’ at a virtual ceremony hosted this week by Minister of Education, Simon Harris.
Fiona entered the apprenticeship program with Clear Financial three years ago, having previously worked as a valued member of the team in a different capacity. During her time on this program, Fiona incapsulated the values of Clear Financial perfectly. Fiona worked through her course diligently whilst managing a busy home and work life. Fiona carefully curated her assignments and studied meticulously. We know Fiona often offered support to other students within the program, both within and outside of Clear Financial.
The awards Fiona received this week were testament to the type of person she is, studious, industrious and an all around team player. Well done Fiona we are so proud of you.
And to continue the award news, we were also advised this week that Caroline Treanor, Compliance Officer for Clear Financial and Head of the Apprenticeship program received an award at the same virtual ceremony ‘Life Supervisor of the Year.’
Caroline introduced Clear Financial to the apprenticeship program and has worked with the students and institution to ensure success for those working through the course. Caroline has supported the apprentices with aspects of their assignments and project work. Her role was to lead and mentor the students working through their education. The award presented to Caroline this week is a testament to the dedication she provided to the program.
Caroline’s commitment to the program was infallible. Thank you Caroline for your commitment and hard work over the past three years.
Congratulations once again to Fiona and Caroline and all other team members who celebrated exam success this year.
We at Clear Financial recognise the strength of the whole team and would like to offer our thanks for their continued commitment to professional development and our congratulations for a continuous job well done.
